Recycle and Regeneration
In partnership with Fresh Stalls and SET Community Gardens, and in collaboration with artists Andrea Elera, Sensing interdependence embraced notions of regeneration and recycling by offering a homemade meal with regenerative produce. It started collaborating on the future of the exhibition installation. We aim to create experiences and partnerships that share our principles beyond the exhibition and its events, in tune with modes of engagement and nature that endure over time.
Fresh Stalls menu for the opening and public programming included freshly-made pasta in collaboration with Chef Antonella Barbera. Working collaboratively with its partners, Fesh Stalls offers ad hoc menus inspired by art and research. Uniting Italian and indian cuisine, the menu was fresh, homemade, and helps regenerative farms in the area of Amsterdam.,

In collaboration with Dora Mester, SET Community Gardens, and Andrea Elera, the exhibition installation was recycled and will contribute to the development of a community mural and children's workshops. Keep yourself updated on future developments, sign up for our newsletter.
